Joy & James Engaged at GoSnow

Love was in the air today on the slopes of Niseko with the engagement of our two lovely guests, Joy and James. The in-love couple, holidaying in Niseko from Singapore, are now preparing to tie-the-knot after Joy said 'yes' to James' very special Niseko proposal.

With the help of our team members, Ben, and Joy's snowboarding instructor, Veronika, James surprised his bride-to-be on the slopes after her morning snowboard lesson.

James, got down on one knee and asked Joy for her hand in marriage, after our team gave Joy bunches of flowers as she practiced her 'falling leaf'.

After their four-year partnership, James said he had planned the proposal before their trip to Niseko.

"It is just the right time!" said James, before he popped the question.

With Joy being a lover of the snow and the winter season, James said Niseko was the "perfect place" for his proposal.

We are so delighted to be able to share in James and Joy's beautiful love story.
