How to apply
- Review all the available roles and full position descriptions
- When you are ready to apply – click on the application form box
- Fill out the online application form and upload:
- Cover letter (this is your opportunity to WOW us!)
- Job specific CV
- Certifications (instructor applications only)
- A current photo
- Submit your application- you will receive an automatic confirmation that it has been received.
If you wish to apply for both an Instructor role and a Support Staff role, please submit two separate applications.
What happens after I have submitted my application?
- Applications will be reviewed an ongoing basis until all positions are filled. We will aim to have all positions filled by August each year so it is best to get in early to secure the position you want
- You will be contacted to arrange a time and date to interview for your position
- Interviews will be conducted Monday to Friday during business hours (Japan time)
- If you are successful, you will receive an offer of employment within a few days of your interview
- All offers will need to be accepted within 14 days or the position will be reopened to other applicants
